Markku Allison
Vice President, Strategy + Innovation, Chandos Construction
Markku has over 35 years of experience both as an award-winning designer and as a thought-leader on design and construction industry transformation issues. He served as president of the Integrated Project Delivery Alliance in Canada which has published “IPD: An Action Guide for Leaders,” several influential IPD research studies and provides IPD training for industry. Markku also held positions at the American Institute of Architects, where he was a joint content editor in the development of the AIA’s “Integrated Project Delivery: A Guide”.
Greg Gidez
Hensel Phelps
Greg Gidez is a licensed Architect and the Corporate Director for Preconstruction and Design Management Services for HENSEL PHELPS. As the senior design professional with HENSEL PHELPS, Mr. Gidez oversees preconstruction services including procurement, design build, design assist and design management. In addition Mr. Gidez oversees the HENSEL PHELPS Building Information Technologies department, advancing the use of BIM and technology into the design and construction processes. Mr. Gidez is national speaker on integrated design and construction, and is the past Chair of the Design-Build Institute of America Board of Directors. He serves on the Charles Pankow Foundation Industry Advisory Council, promoting research in advanced design and construction processes.
Louise Panneton
Owner, P1 Consulting
Louise is President and founding member of P1 Consulting, Louise specializes in the procurement, implementation and evaluation of Alternatives Service Delivery (ASD), Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) and Public-Private Partnerships (P3) solutions. Many of her 30 years of professional experience were spent analyzing, structuring and delivering innovative service solutions.
Louise currently works with property owners, who are their perfecting their in-house delivery teams as well as optimizing their infrastructure portfolio through P3s, EPCs, ASDs and collaborative contracting, including progressive design-build and integrated project delivery.
Laura Stagner
Independent Consultant
Laura Stagner is the former Assistant Commissioner for the Office of Project Delivery for the Public Buildings Service (PBS) of the US General Services Administration. Currently, Laura is the Principal at Stagner Consulting, LLC, a practice devoted to providing federal project delivery advisory services. She has also served on the national board of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), is currently on the national board of the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA) and serves as the chair of the DBIA Federal Markets Committee. Additionally, Laura is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects and has been an appointed member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Project Delivery Knowledge Committee since 2016.
